We are now offering the opportunity to become a proud owner-operator of a Proof & Stock Coffee Airstream, a fully turn-key model designed to set you apart.
Production & Delivery
Once an order is confirmed, the turnaround from our supplier is approximately twelve weeks from the start of fabrication to clearance at New Zealand customs.
This allows you time to prepare your site, train staff, and work alongside us to finalise your menu and set-up, ensuring you are ready to launch as soon as the Airstream arrives.

Nau Mai at Destination Kāwaroa
Our first Airstream has been established at Destination Kāwaroa in New Plymouth, and it has already proven itself to be a success.
Alongside our coffee we serve chocolate-coated strawberries, mini dounuts, real-fruit ice creams, slices, with canned coffee soon to be added through our own canning machine onsite.
These offerings show the versatility of the Airstream concept and highlight how well it performs in creating a destination experience. Each set-up can be adapted to suit the operator, allowing you to tailor the food and beverage menu to meet your own market.

Mythos One Grinder
We swear by these grinders – super reliable, consistent, and they take a lot of the guesswork out of making a good cup.
Utilising innovative technology unseen in any other coffee grinder, the Clima Pro system ensures the temperature of the grinding chamber remains consistent, allowing for perfect espresso dosing.
The barista can set up to three timed doses using the multi-function LCD display. The Clump Crusher system also works to ensure the coffee dosage remains consistent and smooth.

We source organic, ethically grown green beans from Colombia, Brazil, and Indonesia, which we then roast and blend onsite.
Flavour Notes: Pango (Black) - Chestnut, orange, cocoa nibs & golden syrup. Ma (White) - Vanilla pod, white chocolate & gingerbread.

Coffee is supplied in 6kg reusable tins to reduce waste and maintain our low carbon footprint. These tins are rotated across Taranaki to all wholesale customers. *Free local delivery included.
