We offer a structured payment plan that spreads the investment across the build and launch period. In most cases, the full transaction is completed in under six months from your initial deposit.

1/3 Deposit to Secure Your Build
Your initial payment secures your Airstream and allows production to begin. This covers sourcing and manufacturing of the Airstream shell and gets your project underway.
Flexible Payment Options
Investing in a fully fitted Airstream cafe is a big step. That’s why we’ve created a staged payment structure to make getting started more achievable, without needing to fund the entire build upfront.
Our goal is simple - to help more New Zealanders get into great coffee businesses, sooner and with less financial pressure.

1/3 Payment on Arrival
The second payment is due when your Airstream arrives and your fit-out phase begins. This stage covers key equipment such as your coffee machine, grinders, and interior build, along with installation and setup.

Final 1/3 Paid in 3 Months
The remaining balance is paid in three months, with a small 5 percent fee applied to this final portion. This allows you to begin trading and generating income before the full amount has been paid.
